CHAPTER 1

Identify configuration before counting benefits

Use the L6 identity guide for this candidate and request the Tang's original records independently. Do not assume every regional or dated Tang proposal has the same seating or system. Retain any advertised designation whose meaning remains unresolved.

Tie media, amount and findings to the actual cars. A substituted unit needs fresh records rather than a borrowed brochure or earlier report. A general manufacturer presentation gives context but cannot establish which vehicle the supplier will deliver.

CHAPTER 2

Fix the seating requirement and load

The family arrangement review identifies the people and access needed. If extra seats are mandatory, establish the actual candidate's supported arrangement and test the intended occupants with relevant bags. A count alone does not prove useful accommodation or luggage space.

The luggage-fit guide keeps occupied and folded arrangements distinct. Do not value extra space obtained by removing a required passenger. Retain personal fit and movement limitations that could not be represented remotely instead of declaring the larger seating description universally superior.

CHAPTER 3

Establish the operating proposition separately

Record each installed application rather than treating electrified terminology as equivalence. The L6 route framework covers its own charging and service needs. Tang requires appropriate evidence and provider answers for its actual system.

Use one ordinary travel and replenishment brief, keeping reference figures in their context. Do not compare unlike energy assumptions as guaranteed savings. A suitable cabin arrangement cannot certify battery condition or receiving support, and a positive technical finding cannot answer the family's specific access need.

CHAPTER 4

Align condition and the completed amount

Obtain candidate-specific used findings or new delivery checks, with supplied items and work defined. Use the quotation reconciliation for currency and transfer stage. Ask receiving providers about the identified systems rather than assumed brand familiarity.

A higher or lower advertised amount should not close a mandatory unresolved question. Keep pending work outside confirmed totals. Avoid universal durability, warranty or resale claims. Select a finished supported proposition and retain any compromise the actual customer accepted.

The adult rear-journey assessment helps distinguish an occasional extra passenger from the regular occupants whose seating and luggage needs determine the purchase.

CHAPTER 5

A family requesting additional places

Suppose the buyer begins with L6 but later requests additional passenger accommodation. Treat that as a revised functional requirement, then assess the actual Tang proposal rather than approving it from a seating slogan. Include luggage with the intended places occupied and ask which use remains unconfirmed.

If the customer instead needs ordinary smaller-group travel, compare the actual useful arrangements and parking needs. More nominal places may add little benefit for that task. Retain the selected system, seating basis and condition evidence so the dealer can explain a specific family decision without making either model universally preferable.

Evidence to keep with the decision

  1. Identify the offered Tang's actual seating arrangement, powertrain, production context and original specification. Preserve the L6's own records separately; a general family-SUV label or translated trim hierarchy should not be used to imply identical passenger places, charging arrangements or equipment across the two proposals.
  2. Write how many occupants travel regularly and how often additional places are genuinely needed. Keep this requirement distinct from a preference for flexibility; an occasional extra passenger may change the customer's decision, but it should not be quietly assumed to justify every trade-off in ordinary use.
  3. Photograph or assess the required passenger and luggage arrangement together for each candidate. Note which seats are occupied or folded and what load was used. Empty-vehicle pictures cannot demonstrate a loaded journey, while a larger folded area may require surrendering the very seating capacity being compared.
  4. Retain access and comfort findings for the actual people represented, including the front positions used during the rear assessment. Do not treat a seat count as proof that every place suits every adult; record the personal-fit question that remote media or substitute occupants cannot resolve.
  5. Apply the customer's replenishment and receiving-support brief to each identified powertrain. Record compatible equipment, relevant providers and outstanding answers, without assuming a regional Tang reference describes the proposed car or that a familiar hybrid category establishes an equivalent service arrangement to the L6.
  6. Compare amounts after aligning current condition, preparation and handover scope. Keep the accepted seating benefit and any baggage or parking concession in the customer's decision record; an attractive quoted discount should not erase an unmet regular-journey requirement or justify changing the confirmed configuration without review.

Questions buyers ask

Can a seating count establish family suitability?

No. Assess the actual people, access and luggage in the intended arrangement.

Are every Tang proposal's systems identical?

No. Use candidate-specific market, period and configuration evidence.

Relevant references: BYD: European Tang model reference; not evidence of a China candidate specification. Keep these within their stated market and date; verify the selected vehicle separately.

BRING THE REQUIREMENT INTO YOUR BRIEF

Discuss a suitable Li L6 offer.

Share destination, quantity, new-or-used preference and the requirements that determine acceptance. Include a year or version preference where it matters; actual availability and purchase terms need separate confirmation.
