CHAPTER 1

Stabilise identity before collecting more media

Use the period and candidate guide to connect actual designation and production evidence with a persistent reference. The quotation and report should describe that same unit, not a similar model photographed earlier.

If the shortlist changes, obtain the replacement's own records. Generic manufacturer imagery gives context but cannot identify offered stock. An attractive picture or higher-trim demonstration cannot establish the configuration or findings for whichever car is now being priced.

CHAPTER 2

Request observations around mandatory decisions

Ask for clear relevant views and suitable ordinary operation of required functions and supplied items. Retain dates and conditions where they affect interpretation. A concise identified clip may be more useful than a long walkaround leaving one essential unresolved.

The scope review keeps remote observations distinct from appropriate qualified findings. Avoid unsafe road or high-voltage proof requests. A video can show one event without certifying every system or establishing the receiving user's destination setup.

CHAPTER 3

Keep technical evidence at its actual level

The battery report guide separates assessment from charge and range impressions. A favourable display cannot establish complete health or history. Used candidates need relevant records and findings; new proposals need their actual status and delivery checks.

Retain provider methods and limitations. A favourable summary should not hide an uncompleted task or inaccessible area. If a finding requires further assessment, assign the relevant question and leave acceptance pending instead of relying on a seller's increasingly confident assurance.

CHAPTER 4

Reconcile scope changes and completion

The commercial file connects amounts, preparation, currency and transfer stage with the unit. Preserve revisions and their reasons rather than treating a generic estimate as a final accepted car offer.

Define which evidence closes promised work and who verifies it. A task stays pending until those results exist, even if completion is expected before dispatch. The order consistency review retains per-unit differences and shared requirements for larger purchases.

CHAPTER 5

A changing shortlist with many pictures

Suppose a source sends extensive media while replacing candidates. Reconcile the current reference, amount and report first. If the best image belongs to another unit, obtain the actual record rather than carrying its condition impression forward.

Keep final supply, completed tasks and accepted limitations in a readable file. Avoid unnecessary credentials or personal records in the initial enquiry. A substitute needs the same mandatory requirements and fresh evidence; remote acceptance of one L6 should not become blanket approval for any later similar-looking car.

Evidence to keep with the decision

  1. Keep one stable reference connecting the actual car, original identity evidence, quotation and latest media. Do not approve a collection of appealing but unlinked photographs; the buyer needs to know which candidate was assessed and whether a later seller message or image set represents the same unit.
  2. Retain the actual production context, configuration and new-or-used status with their supporting records. A translated trim, current registration or low mileage reading cannot answer every identity question, and any uncertainty that affects the customer's essentials should remain visible until appropriate evidence resolves it.
  3. Keep current condition findings and relevant history separate from function demonstrations. A working control or ordinary display can support its limited observation, but it cannot replace suitable assessment of battery, reported repair or other concerns that require expertise and evidence unavailable through a brief remote clip.
  4. Record the particular operating demonstrations requested, their settings and remaining receiving-user questions. Avoid repeatedly collecting attractive media that does not answer the brief; a clear account of what was observed and still unknown is more useful than an unrestricted assurance about every advertised feature.
  5. Align the latest amount, included preparation and handover stage against the accepted evidence. Preserve revisions and completed work rather than approving a future-ready description from older photos; if preparation changes condition or supplied items, request the relevant updated record before treating the offer as equivalent.
  6. Keep the customer's accepted limitations and outstanding actions beside the final candidate reference. A substituted vehicle or revised essential specification requires another decision, even if the headline price stays the same; remote acceptance should preserve these changes rather than silently carrying the first unit's approval forward.

Questions buyers ask

Can a long video replace every inspection question?

No. It supports certain observations; relevant technical and history matters may need qualified evidence.

Does a current range display settle battery condition?

No. Suitable assessment remains distinct from a screen estimate.

BRING THE REQUIREMENT INTO YOUR BRIEF

Discuss a suitable Li L6 offer.

Share destination, quantity, new-or-used preference and the requirements that determine acceptance. Include a year or version preference where it matters; actual availability and purchase terms need separate confirmation.
