CHAPTER 1

Describe real parking and available time

Ask where the car stays and when the customer can replenish it. Apartment living does not automatically establish no charging, and a private space does not prove an authorised suitable installation. The charging equipment review identifies the actual combination separately from access.

Keep permitted hours and use constraints visible. Workplace charging may serve some days but not every trip or weekend. Do not count an unconfirmed future arrangement as a completed buying benefit or assign a recommendation solely from the buyer's housing category.

CHAPTER 2

Build a supported ordinary-week plan

The operating and support guide combines regular trips, charging opportunities and the additional system. Record time the buyer genuinely accepts rather than an ideal pattern constructed to favour the car.

Identify a practical alternative if the normal location is unavailable. Keep compatibility and provider answers separate from convenient map proximity. A supplied accessory should not be presented as proof that any public installation will work, or an improvised electrical arrangement as an automatic solution.

CHAPTER 3

Compare costs with the correct assumptions

Use the petrol and electricity framework with the relevant local inputs. Do not borrow a private-home tariff for public use or omit fuel from a scenario whose actual routine includes it. Label assumptions and confirmed scope distinctly.

Access fees or other supported items belong in the appropriate comparison. Avoid a universal monthly saving or guaranteed operating distance. Candidate condition remains separate from planning; a workable budget cannot establish battery health or the suitability of all installed systems.

CHAPTER 4

Verify the actual purchase proposition

Used candidates need relevant history and qualified findings; new offers need actual status, specification and delivery checks. The vehicle scope guide retains unresolved areas. Suitable receiving support should address identified work and the complete configuration.

The quotation record aligns preparation and transfer stage. Keep unknown work outside confirmed totals. If the supported routine is inconvenient, compare another candidate or operating plan rather than describing every extended-range vehicle as convenient regardless of the buyer's actual access.

CHAPTER 5

Workplace access that has not been confirmed

Suppose the buyer plans to charge at work but has no answer about compatibility or permitted use. Retain that as a proposed arrangement until appropriate evidence supports it. Ask what happens during leave, weekends or changed employment before relying on one favourable day.

If the customer accepts another practical replenishment routine, record the change and relevant assumptions. The business assignment review applies similar planning to company use. Preserve the accepted access and timing limits so a future substitute or change of task cannot inherit a blanket convenient-ownership claim.

Evidence to keep with the decision

  1. Write the ordinary parking and available replenishment windows, identifying access that has actually been confirmed. An apartment address, nearby station or workplace possibility is not a completed charging arrangement; keep unconfirmed future provision separate from the routine used to decide whether the candidate is practical.
  2. Retain vehicle and equipment compatibility answers from appropriate sources with the relevant configuration. A connector photograph or supplied accessory alone cannot establish a completed combination, and convenient map proximity should not be converted into a promise that the buyer can use every location within the needed hours.
  3. Keep relevant electricity, fuel and access-budget assumptions together with their scope. Do not replace public or workplace costs with a private-home tariff, omit the additional system from the actual routine or present uncertain future prices as an established monthly total that guarantees a saving.
  4. Record the practical fallback when the preferred access is unavailable and the inconvenience the customer accepts. One favourable charging visit should not define the full ownership plan; retain ordinary weekends, changed working hours and longer trips where these are genuine recurring requirements in the buyer's brief.
  5. Attach candidate condition and relevant system findings to the operating plan rather than treating practical access as proof of vehicle health. Preserve assessment methods, limits and the receiving service answer; an apparently workable routine cannot approve an unexamined used car or resolve a known operating fault.
  6. Record the supported routine and any remaining dependency before accepting the offer. If a proposed alternative changes configuration, condition or required equipment, keep the buyer's review explicit rather than interpreting a broad interest in extended-range use as permission to replace the previously assessed candidate.

Questions buyers ask

Does extended range make charging irrelevant?

No. Charging routine, complete systems and appropriate support still need review.

Can a nearby station prove useful access?

No. Confirm the actual combination, permission and usable timing.
