Count the supplied access items
Ask for the number and type of physical keys or other supplied access items, connected to the selected vehicle. Record which items were tested and which remain pending. A seller’s photograph of a key set does not establish that every item belongs to the car or operates as expected.
Have ordinary locking, entry and starting demonstrated appropriately. Keep the result separate from connected-app features that may require different access. If an item is missing, describe the gap and obtain a legitimate replacement route from the relevant provider rather than assuming a broadly advertised key can be made suitable.
Establish the supported owner arrangement
The overseas software guide separates locally demonstrated functions from account and regional dependencies. Ask the responsible provider which process applies to the vehicle, proposed owner and destination. Do not claim that every connected function transfers automatically with possession of the car.
Avoid treating shared credentials as a permanent solution. The customer should use the legitimate provider-supported process and know which functions require their own account. If the provider cannot establish the intended arrangement, keep those functions unconfirmed instead of assigning value to the seller’s current access.
Separate basic operation from online services
Make a list of required functions and the evidence for each. Physical entry, ordinary vehicle operation, remote app control and online content are distinct questions. A successful demonstration of one should not be used as proof that all the others will operate under the receiving owner’s circumstances.
Record the country, account and connection context of any online demonstration. A function working for the seller in China may depend on arrangements that differ at destination. Ask for the responsible provider’s confirmation where material, and retain any limitation in the offer rather than shortening it into a universal works-overseas promise.
Handle previous personal information properly
Agree how stored personal information and previous account links will be handled through the applicable process. Do not request private passwords or sensitive documents in the initial sourcing form. Where a provider legitimately requires identity evidence later, agree an appropriate channel and share only the necessary information.
The buyer should understand who is responsible for completing each step and when it can occur. A planned reset or transfer is not a completed outcome. Keep a record of the provider’s response and the functions verified afterwards without preserving another person’s private data in a general handover packet.
Price missing items and support separately
If a replacement key or access-related job is required, ask the responsible provider for the legitimate complete scope and the evidence it needs. Clarify cost, availability and completion arrangements. A price for a bare item should not be treated as the total cost of a working, verified solution.
Any support promise belongs to its named provider and written terms. The L6 warranty questions help distinguish the seller’s assistance from manufacturer or third-party coverage. Do not imply that a successful account change creates a warranty entitlement or guarantees support for every future connected-service issue.
Reconcile the final handover file
Use the quotation and handover record to match the keys, supplied accessories and accepted function list to the vehicle. Photograph and label sets for a batch so items do not become ambiguous when several similar cars travel together. A total item count cannot replace per-vehicle identification.
If an item will arrive separately, assign responsibility and retain the agreed delivery arrangement. Do not mark it as already supplied. The receiving dealer should be able to see which access functions were established at release and what remains to be completed through the legitimate provider route.
Request access evidence before acceptance
Tell Panda the destination, accepted years and new or used preference, and identify any account-dependent function essential to the purchase. Ask for the physical access inventory and provider confirmation early enough to influence the candidate decision. A missing essential function should not emerge only after the price is agreed.
Review the arrangement again if the owner, destination or selected vehicle changes. The accepted record belongs to that transaction, not every L6 with a similar screen. A clear handover gives the buyer usable keys, documented responsibilities and honest limits, without relying on another person’s account to make the vehicle appear fully supported.
